Recommended Dosage:
1. ASHWAGANDHA CAPSULES – 2 capsules twice daily with plain water after an hour of meals.
2. BOSWELLIA-CURCUMIN – 2 capsules twice daily with plain water after half an hour of meals.
3. HAKAM CHURNA powder – 1 teaspoonful twice daily with plain water after half an hour of meal.
4. GUGGUL CAPSULES – 2 capsules twice daily after half an hour of meal with plain water.
